Traditional leaded glass is what we have been doing for 25 years. Unless otherwise noted, all of the traditional leaded glass church windows below were designed by Duncan Tooley and fabricated by TOOLEY ART GLASS STUDIO artisans.
Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church Baton Rouge, LA
Baptistry window is composed primarily of blown glass with 30% plating of dichroic glass. Colors of rays and water change with viewing angle and time of day. The window depicts the Holy Trinity at work in our changing lives (see explanation). 8.5 feet x 8 feet. Installed March 2005.
Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church Baton Rouge, LA
Entrance window designed to announce the name of the faith community to the major highway that it faces. Burgundy, blue, gold and green glass from the former church was incorporated into the window at the request of the church. The village of Bethlehem is depicted by painted and fired opalescent glass. 13 feet x 13 feet; Installed May 2005.
Our Lady of Wisdom Health Center New Orleans, LA.
Nine painted antique glass windows around chapel sanctuary, of which five are shown. These windows created to match an existing painted window. Project of 25 windows was completed in 2000.
Woman's Hospital Chapel Baton Rouge, LA
11' x 8' back-lighted wall. Antique glass with some painting. Completed in 1986.
St. John the Baptist Parish Hall Brusly, LA
14' x 7' glass surrounds raised cross. Composed of antique and cathedral glass and partially silvered mirror. Parish is located on Mississippi River in the midst of sugar cane fields. Completed in 2001.
Trinity Transom above residence entrance Holden, LA. 11" x 35" above private residence front door. Antique, cathedral and iridescent glass with jewels. Completed 2004.
St. James Place Chapel Baton Rouge, LA
11' x 8' Design by Marjorie Blake. Fabricated of blown European antique glass by Tooley Art Glass Studio. Completed 2004.
St. John the Baptist Church Alsen, LA
6' x 6' library window made from antique glass from Poland. The design incorporates a vertical and a horizontal mullion. Installed March 2005.
Istrouma Baptist Church Baton Rouge, LA
The Spirit descending at Christ's baptism. The waters of Baptism. The twelve staffs of the tribes of Israel as they crossed the Red Sea.

Church of the Nazarene Baker, LA
6' x 2' windows of painted, cathedral and opalescent glass are separated on one wall but shown together here. Medallion scenes of the Crucifixion, Resurrection and Ascension were obtained from another studio. Completed in 2006.
Florida Boulevard Baptist Church Baton Rouge, LA
38' x 15' main window is fabricated of blown European antique glass. Design and fabriction by Marjorie Blake is based on the scripture in Revelations 1:8: "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is to come, The Almighty.

Twelve 2' square panels in the entry doors. All blown European antique glass. Design based on the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John from the New Testament. Designed and fabricated by Marjorie Blake.

13' x 8' Blown European antique glass. Window over Baptistery. Design based on scripture of John 12:35: "While you have the light, believe in the light, so that you may become children of light." Designed and fabricated by Marjorie Blake.

Southside Church of Christ Gonzales, LA
3' x 6' baptistery window donated by a member of the congregation and composed primarily of mixed opalescent glass selected by the donor. Installed June 2005.
First Baptist Church of Richmond Park Baton Rouge, LA
Original six windows were composed of residential aluminum single-hung windows capped with a poorly welded angle iron arch filled with plastic sheeting.
We replaced all this with the windows shown. Installed May 2005.
New Orleans, LA
Painted logos of the sixteen sponsoring religious communities surround the the chapel of this nursing facility. Completed 2000.
