Atlanta Hartsfeld Airport Chapel The design for a new window in the interfaith chapel incorporates airfoils as symbols of our ascending prayers. If possible, one of the airfoils would be made from aircraft riveted aluminum skin.
Creation - Days 1 & 2 This design is for a congregation with strong biblical roots and a need for dramatic reduction in the direct sunlight coming through this window. The deeply colored glass reduces the light and sets the theme for the remaining windows in the sanctuary.
Creation - Days 3, 4 & 5 This design is for the large main window in the sanctuary of the same congregation as the window above. The window is composed of abstracted shapes of plants, birds, and fish in a lush Eden. Blown glass is specified to achieve the intense colors and gradients.
300 Year Old Church This design is for a congregation that prides itself on being faithful to tradition. Their new church is based on traditional Gothic style. Their desire is for the church (and its windows) to appear as though they had been in place for hundreds of years. Traditional European shapes and multi-colored painted florets achieve the look of "old." Various shades of antique (blown) blue glass provide the backdrop for the brightly-colored painted border.
Prayer Chapel design based on quotation from Mark:
Cross to be fabricated from dichroic "sea" textured plated glass. The color and reflectivity of the cross will depend on the viewing angle and time of day. All other glass to be mouth blown imported glass.
Romanesque Designs Two different designs for large windows in Romanesque style chapel. Windows use Blenko blown blue glass to match existing upper level windows. Purpose of glass is to reduce sunlight and visibility of distracting outside activity.
Traditional Symbolic Painting and symbols are used to create a traditional style for this 6-panel design.
Traditional Symbolic #2 This version of the window above uses cathedral glasses instead of painting to achieve a slightly less traditional (and less costly) design.
Nazarene Church, Obetz, Ohio We have provided three alternative designs for the front 2nd story windows of the multifunction hall. Two designs utilize 3/8" epoxy-laminated art glass panels. The other
design is in 1" faceted (dalle de verre)
art glass.
